Rock Steady Boxing (for People with Parkinson's Disease) with Shana Alexander

Rock Steady Boxing is open to men and women of all ages with Parkinson's disease. Boxers train to improve their overall fitness and strength, speed, balance, agility, reaction time, hand-eye coordination, and mental focus in a fun, stress-relieving, community-focused environment.

To Donate and Register

STEP 1

Donate at one or more of this year's designated charities by clicking on its name below. The suggested minimum donation is $25/class, but feel free to donate more!

1) BabyGoRound - to buy much-needed breast pumps for families in need.

2) Mavis McMullen Housing Society - to build a safe playground and outdoor space at their (women and children only) housing complex in the Downtown Eastside.

3) Rise Women's Legal Centre - to provide pro-bono legal services for women who are economically disadvantaged, and people seeking protection from family violence.
